Sitting down to breakfast is such a nice ritual each morning. It's a calming way to meet the day that you can count on no matter what work or social events may occupy the evening. Kate had this yogurt bowl for breakfast most mornings the summer she did her yoga teacher training. The yogurt has probiotics and protein and the chia seeds are filled with good fats. You can mix it up in so many different ways depending on what you have on hand (no waste!) but there is a general outline below.
